It might be nice to get the email parser to ignore bounce messages or Automatic Replies or Out of Office Replies. I've had several occasions whereby I've had to remove the contact just so I can close the ticket, lest I want to play tennis with their mailserver :)Â Cheers, Martin
Staff Chris Posted April 26, 2018 Staff Posted April 26, 2018 Hi Martin, Have you tried to configure keywords for the emails which you want to block? You can do this from the Admin tab -> Service Desk -> Email Parser -> select it and then configure 'Keywords'. Martin_T 1
