If you are trying to sign up for the Team or MSP plan, then you will need to have the email address from your own domain. We do not accept 'yahoo.co.uk, yahoo.com or gmail.com etc.' as valid work email address for these subscriptions.

The business address I use is a .net address.  it says its not a valid email address unless I put .com then it shows as valid.

I am trying to sign up for the free version as well - as an individual user not affiliated with a business - and there is nowhere to create an account that will accept a gmail.com address??

Hey there,

Pulseway's free version isn't available anymore. However, if you are interested in the trial please email me at jamie.taylor@pulseway.com and I can enable the trial for you. Please note that the trial version will be available for 14 days only and beyond that you will need a license to continue using Pulseway. Thank you!
