I'am using a proxy server for our network computers. everything is working but workstations behind a proxy will not update windows. on the proxy there is no error that this is blocked.

all the other functions are working on the computers (reboot, shutdown, installed software, eventviewer etc. etc.).

does anybody know this problem to solve?

Can you confirm that you can perform windows update applications directly from windows? Did you enable proxy usage in pc monitor manager?
