Spicy Support Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 It would be really good if when you use the chat feature, it would send a notification when they respond. Saves hanging around the chat window or having to pop back in to check if they have replied. The ability to add custom responses in the chat window (i.e Have you reboot your PC? etc), saves a lot of typing for the standard things we save in IT support.
