Is this OS supported? I got around one issue during install but remote desktop does not show any active sessions in Dashboard.

Yes, we've seen numerous installations of Windows Embedded 7. Do you see logged in users in the "Users" section of the system details on the webapp / mobile apps?

Sorry about not getting back sooner. Their IT department decided to lock down everything with the recent IoT devices being hacked. They've relaxed a little this year and looking into this again. Dashboard says no active sessions. Mobile app shows 1 'user' logged in.
