studiouk Posted August 9, 2016 Posted August 9, 2016 When trying to run batch scripts on Pulseway 4.9, AVG flags up on the remote computer that this is trying to run. You then have to jump on the PC to allow it. It would be good if Pulseway has the option to specify the locations of the bat files i.e C:\BAT\AUTOMATION_0CEE_4E433_DSFSD.BAT etc We could then exclude this folder from the AV software to stop getting this false positives.
Administrators Paul Posted August 9, 2016 Administrators Posted August 9, 2016 We write the automation batch or powershell files in the system32 directory. We will change that in the future to write them into Pulseway's installation directory, would that help? -Paul
studiouk Posted August 9, 2016 Author Posted August 9, 2016 Yes, because we can then exclude that directory from the AV software.
