Posted April 2, 20169 yr Hi I am currently testing Pulseway Remote Desktop on my own network and have RD, Manager and Dashboard installed on both Windows 7 and Windows 10 PC's. Both systems can see each other in Manager etc. but when I launch an RD session I get the error, "The agent failed to start the session" any ideas. Thanks in advance, D.

October 14, 20168 yr What was the fix for this? Having a similar issue. I tried leaving the other boxes unchecked and then set it to default connect if the user did not respond but still no luck.
October 17, 20168 yr Staff Enable the diagnostics mode in the Pulseway Manager on the remote machine. Then try again to connect to the remote machine. After you have done this disable the diagnostic mode. In the Pulseway directory, where the Pulseway agent is installed, you will find two files (trace.log and rd_agent.log). Please send these files to Pulseway support including a link to this thread. Thanks
