Is it possible to add additional notification tones to the Android app? None of the ones the app comes with really grab my ear enough.

The notification tone list is provided by the operating system. You need to install new tones on the phone if you don't like the defaults.

It would be great if we were able to select different notification sounds for critical/important/elevated/normal levels.

Hi Johny,

You need to install new tones on your mobile phone and then you will be able to change the tones from the Pulseway App -> Settings -> Sound.
