jmbmichael
I just started installing Pulseway on a handful of servers on Friday and when my backup solution (Altaro HyperV) ran I received an identical error from all the servers that had Pulseway installed. All other servers backed up normally. A second attempt at a backup on one of these servers resulted in the same error.Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Error calling a routine on a Shadow Copy Provider {74600e39-7dc5-4567-a03b-f091d6c7b092}. Staff Chris Posted October 5, 2015 Staff Share Posted October 5, 2015 Hi Michael,Thank you for your report. Try disabling the hard disk sensor monitoring feature as instructed here: http://forum.pulseway.com/topic/1471-disable-hard-disk-monitoring-to-prevent-vss-locks and see if this resolves your problem.Chris
