Binding client to specific NIC/IP?

In my server I have NICs, one of them is connecting via LAN to internet the second one is routing all traffic via VPN router (with VPN available only at specific time intervals) and should be used for specific apps only. Pulseway client seems to use the second one, so every time VPN goes down I get system off-line notification, which is clearly not the case. Is there any way to force client to use only specific NIC or IP?

Hi,

 

Check your route table to see which gateway is used for the 0.0.0.0 network and you will see which is the NIC that Pulseway uses to connect to the internet. Pulseway follows the convention to respect the route table for outbound connection. Use the following command to check your route table:

route print
