Martin Stevnhoved Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 Hi MMSOFT, Would you please prioritize in the near feature to exclude "BACKUP" and "RESTORE" statements from the "Send a notification when a SQL Query is executing for more than ..." notification. It is a bit annoying to get notifications on backup of large databases every day. Thank you very much for a very good and flexible program. Best Regards, Martin Stevnhoved
Martin Stevnhoved Posted March 25, 2015 Author Posted March 25, 2015 This is of cource a feature request, not a demand I can see that the tone of my initial post is a bit to formal. // Martin.
Staff Chris Posted March 26, 2015 Staff Posted March 26, 2015 Hi Martin, Thank you for your feedback. We plan on excluding the following statements from the long running queries notification: "RESTORE, BACKUP, ALTER INDEX, DBCC". Regards, Chris Pulseway Support
Martin Stevnhoved Posted March 26, 2015 Author Posted March 26, 2015 Thank you, very much. Do you know when the update will be deployed? // Martin.
