Darfare Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Hello, Sometimes I have to watch my clients through the pulseway remote desktop, however I tend to multitask with other scripting / programming. I would be nice to have a option in the Pulseway Remote Desktop to view only.
Marius Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Thank you for the suggestion - we will add this feature in a future release. Darfare 1
Marius Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 You're very welcome! Thanks again for the suggestion. Darfare 1
Marius Posted October 19, 2015 Posted October 19, 2015 We're adding the "Observe only" mode in the next release. Also, we will be adding a bar at the top with the info regarding the current connection and the ability to disconnect. Mike and Darfare 2
Darfare Posted October 24, 2015 Author Posted October 24, 2015 Also, we will be adding a bar at the top with the info regarding the current connection and the ability to disconnect.Oh no.. is there a way to remove it?
Marius Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Unfortunately, there will be no way to remove it, that bar will be used for session control and we'll then add chat, send files and other options there.Initially, disconnect will be the only option available.
Darfare Posted October 24, 2015 Author Posted October 24, 2015 Hmm, It's starting to look like teamviewer. For my work I can't have the user even having the ability to disconnect.I'm not very happy with that to be honest.
Marius Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 The user who shares the screen should ALWAYS be in control of the session. We've already implemented the ability to allow or disallow a remote connection request, the ability to view who is connected and disconnect the session is coming up next.
Marius Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 We are also adding the ability to set the session as view only in the next update so mouse and keyboard inputs are disabled.

I'm have a feeling that this might turn up like teamviewer.
