November 12, 201410 yr Staff Hi, In that case open the Settings app, scroll down until you see Pulseway and enable Reset all Settings. Then start Pulseway app and sign in again. Can you please tell us what build number you see in Settings -> Pulseway? Regards, Chris Pulseway Support
November 13, 201410 yr The resetting of the app in settings worked. I'm able to get the app working again.  The build was 4.6 (build A090)  Thank you for the help.  -Edgar
August 9, 20168 yr People who’ve tried to jailbreak their iPhones face this problem quite commonly. Those who’re just updating or restoring face this too, albeit infrequently. When your iPhone gets stuck at the Apple logo and does not boot up completely, it triggers a mini heart-attack. But it’s not all that serious. You can fix this through a couple of ways. While the first method shows you how iTunes can help you, for the second method, you’ll need a tool like TinyUmbrella.
September 2, 20195 yr Administrators Hi Jillian, Try resetting the user settings by going to the Settings app, scroll down to Pulseway, tick the Reset Settings option and then start Pulseway again. Let me know how it goes . -Paul
