Notification when a specific user logs in

I would like to receive a notification when a certain user logs in. So not all users, but just a specific user. 

Can this be done with the standard Pulsway Application? If not, this would be a nice feature to add...

I know I've seen a similar request a while back. This would get messy if you have an Active Directory joined computer...
