Marius Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 It will be available in the next Windows Phone update, ver. 2.5 expected to be available today or tomorrow. For now it's not available in the WebApp.
Marius Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Thank you. Version 2.6 will allow you to view the screen for all sessions (local and remote).

Marius Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 We will release 2.5.1 soon that will fix this issue.
yclaf Posted November 1, 2011 Author Posted November 1, 2011 Thank you. But in the 2.5.1 PC version or in the 2.5.1 WP version ?
Marius Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 2.5.1 on the PC agent. The mobile apps will be released later on, for now they will work OK showing only the default screen. The next update will show a list of available screens - this is planned to be included in 2.6 mobile apps update.
yclaf Posted November 3, 2011 Author Posted November 3, 2011 2.5.1 on the PC agent. The mobile apps 2.5 Screen is black!
Marius Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 We changed the mechanism used for this, now on user login a small app will run in the context of the user and communicate with the service. Please check that pcmontask.exe is in the list of running processes.

Please check that pcmontask.exe is in the list of running processes. Is there a way that i can stop users killing that process?
Marius Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 Sure, please start PC Monitor Manager and go to Settings -> Runtime tab. Check the "Disable PC Monitor User Session Task (pcmontask.exe)".
Administrators Paul Posted January 20, 2012 Administrators Posted January 20, 2012 Is there a way that i can stop users killing that process? It is possible to stop the user from killing the application but only if that speciffic user does not have administrative rights on the local system.
