Hello Chris, I was able to add the SNMP alert as you guided me but I am unable to determine what value should I set for a service. The service is ATPServiceStatus. I attached a snap and the MIB file. ATP-SNMP-MIB.mib

The KB article show the steps with the agent. Can we monitor network devices like routers and switches? where there the agents cannot be configured?
