    We have updated the remote desktop components to resolve the crash, please follow the instructions bellow on how to get your clients download the updated RemoteDesktop components:
     
    1. Stop the Pulseway service.
    2. Delete the file: pcmrdp-agent.dll from Pulseway's installation directory.
    3. Restart the Pulseway service and wait for the file pcmrdp-agent.dll to be restored.
    4. Test the Remote Desktop feature one more time.

    Unfortunately once you activate service notifications, you will be notified of each and every service you've configured. We will consider adding the ability of opting out of status notifications for a selection of services in a future release. Thank you for your feedback.

    Unfortunately we only support distributions that are running a kernel version of 2.6.32 (or higher). We recommend you to upgrade your kernel to the latest available version by running aptitude update as the root user.

     

    Please let us know if you encounter problems with the latest kernel.

  6. Hi,

     

    Remote Desktop was included in the Pulseway Dashboard 4.5.2 so you will need to start the Dashboard as an administrator so it can automatically update itself. Furthermore, you need to enable the Remote Desktop feature in the Pulseway Manager app (System -> General tab) on the target machine or provision multiple monitored systems using Pulseway Group Policies.

    Thank you for letting us know of the keyboard issue. Can you please share the following details with us (for the agent host and the client machine):

    1. Operating System name, edition, service pack and architecture
    2. CPU Architecture (32-bit or 64-bit)
