I’ve just move to M365 for email, and I need to update my email server settings in Pulseway to send emails. It keeps failing no matter what I try with SMTP or OAUTH. I’ve tried app permissions but still no luck.
I am trying to install the Pulseway agent on a laptop that previously had it installed. I am getting a pop-up saying "The older version of Pulseway cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group".
I removed the agent 2 months ago using the CMD command and deleted the folder as shown on the site.
I use Bitdefender through Pulseway. To properly remove Bitdefender from a device, you have to change the device's policy and remove the AV agent, and free up a Bitdfender license. What would you do if the device is broken and can't turn on anymore to get the license back?
