Thanks for the swift confirmation - obviously you are looking into this - and it it was just a quick blip and a "one" off I guess that's just bad luck. I don't know whether any system at your end could have auto posted that there as an issue - would have saved me chasing my tail for half an hour ! Thanks
  2. I understand from elsewhere in forum that you limit a notification to not repeating for the same event until the first one is read and cleared Is there any way to control this at all ? I'm looking at setting up a filtered event notification to see if nightly backups have completed OK / not (i.e. I want a success notification as well as just a failure notification) I can see that not being swamped by events is a good idea - but as I understand it that means if I haven't cleared last nights successful backup event I won't get tonights. Ideally I'd like to be able to set the interval (e.g. don't send the same event within an hour or 12 hours if not cleared etc) I can see you might want to limit how short an interval this can be set to - maybe an hour minimum ? Is this possible at all ? Many Thanks James
  3. Great - I can confirm the issue displaying VMs is resolved. It would be great if you could provide an option to disable the VM screen shot in a future version. Personally I can't see its of much use to me - and if I'm on a poor mobile network it does seem to cause significant delay loading that screen Thanks

Has you system just had a small outage ? Servers from on location showed as offline - but they weren't Initially servers from elsewhere showed fine still (for about 20 minutes) so I assume it was a problem at the one location- then it went offline as well and then they all came back ? If it was an issue at your end - is there anywhere I can look for a health report of your service (or ideally push another notification down) If of course the issue wasn't at your end I apologise - but welcome any suggestions as to how 2 related sites could show false results ? Many Thanks
  5. I've just started looking at this - and it looks great. Two small issues: 1) In the web browser I can't get the details for a particular VM - screen just hangs getting details (tried in Chrome and Firefox) 2) This does work on Android client - but is there a way to disable getting the desktop screenshot - it can be slow to load - and I don't really need to see a logon screen each time - and I'm guessing the bitmap image must be a signifcant proportion of the data Many Thanks
