Does anyone have approximate figures on the WebRoot end-user training program? And can anyone give user feedback on the effectiveness program? I'd like to look at offering it with a new SLA but need to know that it's going to be affordable to the end user before spending too much time on it. Cheers,

Hello, I tried to log in to https://my.pulseway.com to update a computer, but I've encountered a problem in that whenever I log in successfully using my username, password, and TOTP code, the webapp interface begins to load, but then returns me to the login screen without any error messages or any indication of what failure has occurred. This is concerning because if there's a problem with something like 2FA, it appears that the web app is the ONLY way to update it, and if login to the web app isn't possible, that causes problems. I have encountered the same behavior on Chrome, Opera, and Firefox, all latest versions as of 17 April 2022. I've tried clearing…

We are currently working hard to make the client portal useful or our customers, however what if Pulseway experiences outage or loss of data. Will this portal together with the made troubleshooters be backed up? We are putting a lot of time and effort in this portal and we would not want this to go to waste in a worst case scenario
