Hi,

 

im unable to install the dashboard....something about a missing dll....

 

Sofar, I have tried:

 

32 bit and 64 bit version

dll repair - nothing found

.net repair - not able to correct

reinstall .net 4, or 4.5, allready installed message,

 

I dont know what to do now. Any help is appreciated.

What is the exact error message? Also what operating system are you using?

I had the same issue.

 

Event log showed DIRCA_CheckFX error

 

 

I found a fix here:

 

The solution is to go into c:\users\"username"\AppData\Local\ then right click on "temp" and choose "properties". In the security add the username you are logged on to the computer with and give it full rights.
