Good morning.

I'd tried to install PC Monitor on a 32 bit Windows Server 2003, but Trend Micro antivirus has blocked installation. Now I have PC Monitor service installed but not started, and only this. I tried to reinstall but I got "error 1001 service already exist". How can I remove manually service so I can do a fresh installation?

The idea is to remove the PC Monitor service and try the installation again.

You can also delete a service using the sc command:

sc delete "PC Monitor"
