PC Monitor . secure Connection?

Hello,
would like to ask how safe because the connection of the PCMonitorSrv.exe. There is a permanent connection to an American host (IP: 68.65.39.32) address
 
Your company MMSOFT design Ltd.hat but according to the website based in Ireland (Ground Floor 14 Herbert Street / Dublin 2 / Ireland).
 
How can I be sure that my data from the server be read in maintenance mode and be spied.
PC Monitor is a powerful tool that can read down to file level data. The transmission is not secured port üpber 443rd

The transmission IS SECURED using HTTPS (443).

We are an Irish company and our servers are hosted in the US.
