So far I think it is great but when I tried to test the remote connection potion of the software I was unable to connect. Is this only available to paying customers, or am I experiencing a problem? Also what are your payment options, do you charge monthly or for the whole year?
Administrators Paul Posted July 2, 2013 Administrators Posted July 2, 2013 Hello, If you are talking about the remote connection feature in the Dashboard application then it means you tried to connect using RDP which requires port forwarding in order to work. Also when you create an account you get 14 days of subscriber features then you will be automatically converted to a free account. PC Monitor Enterprise Server ships with a Remote Desktop solution which is still in beta stage but it's a promising feature. You can check the pricing here. Subscriptions are paid on a yearly basis.
