So far I think it is great but when I tried to test the remote connection potion of the software I was unable to connect. Is this only available to paying customers, or am I Â experiencing a problem? Â Also what are your payment options, do you charge monthly or for the whole year?
Administrators Paul Posted July 2, 2013 Administrators Posted July 2, 2013 Hello, Â If you are talking about the remote connection feature in the Dashboard application then it means you tried to connect using RDP which requires port forwarding in order to work. Â Also when you create an account you get 14 days of subscriber features then you will be automatically converted to a free account. Â PC Monitor Enterprise Server ships with a Remote Desktop solution which is still in beta stage but it's a promising feature. Â You can check the pricing here. Subscriptions are paid on a yearly basis. Â Hope this helps, Paul.
