I have a software on my computer that is called Koolance Thermal Management Software v2.1 the web site is

it has 10 temperature sensors  and pumps and fans
is there a way to get the temperature off of the software and see it on the iphone   pc monitor

Since that particular application exposes no API there is no way you can read the values using a plugin or a cloud instance application. Therefore I would recommend you to use live view (Screens) to view the current state of the application.
