I cannot install Pc Monitor on Samsung Galaxy Note.

I want to use pcmonitor with Samsung galaxy note (GT-N7000) and it says:

This app is incompatible with your Galaxy Note.

Do you have a custom rom ? PC Monitor requires some google apis (for example maps).

PC Monitor is not available in your country at this time.
