MJR-3552 Posted September 24, 2012 Posted September 24, 2012 Hello! I am using Office 365 as my email solution and I am not able to receive your email notifications since yesterday (23.09.2012). Your emails were marked as SPAM and since today all email notifications are lost. It is even not possible to receive your validation email. Is this an isolated problem of mine or does anyone else see this? MJR
Administrators Paul Posted September 24, 2012 Administrators Posted September 24, 2012 Hello MJR, I'm not sure why you are not receiving emails. In your situation I can only think of two solutions:If you receive the emails but they go into the Junk folder click the "Not Junk" button and future emails will go into Inbox. If you don't receive emails at all add "noreply@pulseway.com" as a contact on your mailbox and it will force the mailserver to deliver the emails into your Inbox. I hope this helps, Paul.
Steviepunk Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 I've been having the same problem over the last days as well, no email notices are coming through (I noticed a few going in to the spam folder and then they stopped altogether). I'm also on Office 365. I've tried adding noreply@pulseway.com as a contact, but this does not seem to have made any difference ( I also set it as a trusted sender) I have quite a lot of servers on my account, so I really need to be getting these notices through. Also, registering for this forum was not successful as the validation email did not come through to my work email address either, so I've had to register with a personal email address (Gmail) - and the validation email for that account was also filtered into the spam folder by Gmail. Below I have included the message headers for the last email that I did received (on the 22nd Sept - which went into my spam folder), which shows that Office 365 does regard the email as spam, not sure if there might be some useful info in there for you (I've marked out my sensitive information - email and server details) ------------------------- Received: from DBXPRD0510HT004.eurprd05.prod.outlook.com (10.255.67.167) by DBXPRD0510HT003.eurprd05.prod.outlook.com (10.255.67.166) with Microsoft SMTP Server (TLS) id 14.16.190.9; Sat, 22 Sep 2012 07:43:41 +0000 Received: from mail195-co1-R.bigfish.com (216.32.180.181) by DBXPRD0510HT004.eurprd05.prod.outlook.com (10.255.67.167) with Microsoft SMTP Server (TLS) id 14.16.190.9; Sat, 22 Sep 2012 07:43:41 +0000 Received: from mail195-co1 (localhost [127.0.0.1]) by mail195-co1-R.bigfish.com (Postfix) with ESMTP id C64DFCC018E for <xxxxx@xxxxx.com>; Sat, 22 Sep 2012 07:43:39 +0000 (UTC) X-Forefront-Antispam-Report: CIP:69.65.39.3;KIP:(null);UIP:(null);IPV:NLI;H:mail.pulseway.com;RD:mail.pulseway.com;EFVD:NLI X-BigFish: ps54(zzzz1202h1d1ah1d2ahzz17326ah8275bh8275dh177df4hc704dhz2fh5fh668h839h944hcf6hd25h107ah1288h12a5h12bdh137ahd61id62kdc9kj) X-FOSE-spam: This message appears to be spam.
