Hello,

Trying to test the API using Postman, but I'm always getting the "ResponseCode": 403 with "ErrorMessage": "This token is invalid. Contact your administrator.".

Any clue what might be the issue? I'm 100% sure the authentication, urls and parameters are ok.

Can you alter the token value to be 'redacted' and then PM me your full request (include HTTP headers)?

The issue is with the generated token.

When I create a token with my user (super admin), it does not work. But when the token is generated by a colleague of mine (another admin user), it works.

How should we address the issue?
