Hello, 

I'm not able to register a new system with my existing Pulseway account. 

I am able to put in my user name, but password is greyed out so i am unable to enter it. 

I do not have a dedicated instance. 

When i click Authenticate, it gives me an error (attached)

i am also having tbe same issue. has it been caused by the auth changes introduced in version 9.1?

I am having this issue as well this morning.

I have raised the concern with our Dev team, will keep you guys informed.

This was a known issue with Pro & Free versions of Pulseway, people using the Team version are not impacted.  However, the issue is now resolved.

Configure browser push notifications

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
