Chris - McK Posted October 13, 2022 Posted October 13, 2022 I believe this to be related to Microsoft no longer support Basic Authentication, however I'm unable to fix the issue. Our Email Parser in Service Desk is no longer able to connect and staying as Inactive. The email account/user is fine, and we can send to and from it through Outlook and external email services. I've run through the steps found here https://intercom.help/pulseway/en/articles/5488944-oauth2-0-for-microsoft-o365-with-psa-email-parser to enable OAuth 2.0, but I still get the same error: Any ideas?
