Our team has been experiencing issues recently as to where the Pulseway remote control sessions are disconnecting every few minutes and we have to reconnect the session.

There is no drop in the internet connections at either locations.

Can you let me what antivirus product (if any) you have on the agent and client side?

This has also been happening consistently to me and a few other users since the latest update for Pulseway RDP

 

We have Bitdefender
