ads2012 Posted June 8, 2012 Posted June 8, 2012 Perhaps I am just missing it, but how would I go about changing my accoutn password, contact email, and other profile info. When I go to http://pulseway.com/ and then log into 'My Computers' I can click on 'Manage Account' but I cannot find a way to change any of my information. Any help with account issues would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
Administrators Paul Posted June 9, 2012 Administrators Posted June 9, 2012 Hello ads, At this moment all account details can only be changed from Mobile PC Monitor Manager application (the agent you install on the computers) by clicking the Account Details button. The Web UI is just another Mobile PC Monitor client. It has no access to your account details, security options and registered computer settings.
