Our server has active directory, but pc monitor is not picking it up, it does pick it up on the backup AD sever.

any ideas or suggestions.

Thank you for you help - we have identified the issue that can occur during the AD check phase and a fix will be available in the next version.

If you need a beta for the next version that fixes this issue please let me know.

Thanks for all your help and support, it has been identified as a problem at our end, the server is not recognizing active directory as a role. We will investigate and let you know if we find a solution.

Thank you, this helped us to change the AD module so it better detects Active Directory role - this improvement will be available in the next update.
