PCMonitorSrv.exe is cleaned up by AV because it detected as virus and the pulseway service cannot be started. So the server appears offline on the dashboard.

 

Can advise how to reinstall the PCMonitorSrv.exe back?

Hey Aidil, 

Please add Pulseway as an exception in your Firewall and Antivirus, also whitelist Pulseway's IP address in your firewall. Then, delete the Pulseway installation folder from C:\Program files\Pulseway and kindly reinstall Pulseway, this should fix the PCMonitorSrv.exe issue.
