I have created a new Organization with the correct Site and Agent Group. No different to my all other Org setup.

 

On my laptop, I can see the new Organization with the Agent. On my PC, the Organization is missing. I've un-installed and installed the Remote Desktop Client and is now on version 8.7.1

 

My current workaround is using Pulseway Dashboard to access the client remote agent/pc by right-mouse click and Remote Control option.

 

Please advice how to refresh or how I can add the new Organization in my Remote Desktop Client on my PC.

Can you please check on different browsers and see if you are able to view the new organization?
