Posted February 16, 20214 yr Hello all, I am trying to upgrade my Pulseway Free account to a paid Pro account, but I have ran into two issues: -First, I made the mistake of making a Team account thinking I was upgrading to the Pro account. I only noticed my mistake after seeing the 10 license minimum requirement. I do not have the option of deleting/closing the account. What would be the best way of doing that? -Second, when trying to use the link my.pulseway.com/main/subscription/manage I am receiving the error "Payments system is not available. (106)" Not seeing any other way to upgrade. Any thoughts or am I going about that the wrong way? Thanks all!

February 27, 20214 yr I'm actively getting this issue where I get the error 106 when I try to upgrade. I'm trying to upgrade from Free to Pro. I'm looking to monitor 5-6 systems.Â
February 27, 20214 yr Administrators Hi Aaron, We've discontinued the Pro plan in favor for the more feature complete Team plan however the Team plan starts from 10 systems. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. -Paul
