When creating a time entry on a ticket using the RMM, the reports in the PSA do not reflect the start time correctly. In fact, they report a date, which is clearly incorrect given that the column is supposed to show a time.

We have found a workaround, which is to open the ticket in the PSA, open the time entry, and then click save without changing anything. Once this is done, the ticket shows up correctly in the PSA report.
