You can't change the refresh rate.

Is this something being added? It seems like such a basic feature, is there a reason the setting isn't offered?

The main reason would be traffic. Faster refresh rates = more data passing through the server = more expenses.

I "think" this can be changed if you own an enterprise server.

You are right Paul, the Enterprise Server supports faster refresh rates on agents (not on mobile apps).
