difference between power off and shutdown

Hi,

I did a search and this topic has not been asked before. Anyway, what is the difference between shutdown and power off options on PC Monitor? Aren't they the same? I always use the Shutdown option. I haven' t tried the Power off option. If I choose the Power off option, will I still be able to turn on the computer remotely. I know I can with the Shutdown option but how about the Power off option.

Poweroff is just like you cut power from the computer. It instantly powers down the computer, not recommended

Well Power off mean unsecured,

But if yo use shut down , its mean safely turn off your system..and you system maintain with good manners.
