I can sign into my new account from a browser. But, the mobile application installed in my blackberry playbook always shows "invalid username and / or password (202)".

Yes, i did. I can only sign into the forum. I cannot log into my.pulseway.com as well as the application installed in my device.

The PC Monitor account username is different from the forum one.

Make sure you tick the use custom server and enter the Pulseway instance name in the server address bellow.
