Mobile application login error

I can sign into my new account from a browser. But, the mobile application installed in my blackberry playbook always shows "invalid username and / or password (202)".

What should I do now?

Have you entered correctly the username? Please email us the username.

Yes, i did. I can only sign into the forum. I cannot log into my.pulseway.com as well as the application installed in my device.

Or is this account valid only for the forum??? if so, how can i get an account to use the application?

The PC Monitor account username is different from the forum one.

I have the same issue login via the Web browser works perfectly, but not the mobile app (202) error same username and paassword

Hi Renier,

Make sure you tick the use custom server and enter the Pulseway instance name in the server address bellow.
