I'm confused. I have the service listed in my services, it is set to automatic, yet does not automatically start after a reboot. If I open monitor pc it offers to start the service, which it does successfully and all is fine again.. until I restart my computer again!

Is the service set to start automatically in Services?

If so, please start the PC Monitor Manager on that computer, go to Settings and enable Diagnostic Logging. Restart the computer and send us the trace.log file that can be found in the PC Monitor install folder.

You need .NET 4 Framework Full.

In order for PC Monitor to start you need to configure an account in the PC Monitor manager. That's all that it needs for PC Monitor to work.
