Beginner with Pulseway

Maybe a silly question but how do we log in into either iPhone app or Dashboard?

I tried Administrator  and the password assigned to the account but just get an incorrect un and password.

Appreciate the help.

Hi Adrian,

Make sure you tick the use dedicated server box and enter your Team instance name as well. If you don't do this then the client apps will default to the Pro plan.
