In the WebApp, under Automation > Scripts, there's one called, "Disable USB Storage Access" that you could run on the system of choice, or group.

It's a PowerShell script:

Set-ItemProperty -Path "HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\USBSTOR" -Name "Start" -Value "4"
# Restart-Computer # Uncomment this line to automatically restart the computer

Which is at best hit or miss.  Some get blocked, some don't
