I keep getting this error when trying to setup my android appliaction.

I checked over 3 times and the username and password are the same as the account used on the server.

I can login just fine via website but the Android phone keeps saying that my id or password is incorrect.

Can you delete the app and re-install it? And can you please email us your username?

Problem solved. Not quite sure what happened, but uninstalled and re-installed the mobile app and triple checked my password and finally it worked. I told Marius it could have been me entering the password in wrong.
