Third Party Application Installations

This may seem trivial, but so far I am not finding documentation on how to push a third party application to a device. Is that a function Pulseway can do?

Just need to remote silent install an exe or msi.

Currently Pulseway can do this by using PowerShell scripts, however we are planning to build the Third Party patch management into the future.
