when viewing a screen from someone i cant save it.

hitting menu save completes and says saved to gallery but nothting happens

Let me explain better

When viewing a screen

Hitting the menu key there is two options

Refresh and save screen

Hitting the save screen option I get a message "savedin gallery"

I get confirmation but nothing in gallery folder

Hi,

It usual saves the screen in Camera, but wouldn't hurt to look in all Gallery albums.

Also, what phone and what android version do you have ?

Do you get any error ? Are you sure you can't find the picture in any of the albums from the gallery ?
