right click > New > Shortcut > Location ... "C:\Program Files\Pulseway\pcmontask.exe" support > Get Support (or some other name) >Finish

 

The attached PowerShell file will accomplish what you are looking for. This creates the shortcut in the Public\Desktop folder so it appears on the desktop of all users/profiles.
