I have installed the Outlook sync addin to sync my PSA events and service calls with Outlook calendar. It sorta works but not really.

1st problem: It injects HTML code into the Outlook subject like this example:

<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Client: Fred's Paving<br />
Location: Office - Artesian<br />
Ticket Number: 20180321-1<br />
Ticket Title: Upgrade Susie's PC to Windows 10</span>

2nd problem: I set it to sync every 5 mins. Everytime it syncs, I get a duplicate copy of calendar entries (service calls) into Outlook. Every time sync runs, I get another copy.  Not really functional....
