I spent a while trying to find this issue here but didn't so I need to ask:

How can I ensure the Pulseway service stays on for each of the remote devices in my domain? I set them all up and now many of them are turning off all by themselves. Some won't stay on at all.

At first you need to validate the Account details from the Pulseway Manager, if the account details validates without errors, then you should be able to start the Pulseway service. But if the Account details are incorrect, then you will not be able to start the Pulseway service.

But if that is not a case, then please open the Pulseway Manager and enable the Diagnostic Logging under the Settings -> Diagnostics. After you've enabled the diagnostic logging, reproduce the problem and after the problem got reproduced send us the trace.log file from the Pulseway's installation folder so that we can investigate the issue.
